The Organization has a nine-member Board of Directors. Six of the nine members of the Board represent businesses and are elected by the General Meeting of the Shareholders. The remaining three Members represent and are appointed by CCCI. Chairman is elected one of the six Members who represent the businesses, by the Board itself.
