How can I recycle an electrical / electronic device?

1. WITH A PURCASE OF A NEW DEVICE YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR OLD DEVICE IN THE STORE FROM WHICH YOU PURCHASE THE NEW ONE.
If a store place electrical / electronic device into the market, it has a legal obligation to accept your old device free of charge on its premises if you have purchased the new one (one by one) from this store. If you cannot transfer your old device to the store from where you purchased the new one, then the store has the right to charge you for its collection from your home or anywhere else. Several stores when replacing new large appliances (washing machines, dryers, refrigerators) will receive your old device free of charge from your home.

2. ALL ELECTROCYCLOSIS MEMBERS-SHAREHOLDERS HAVE DECIDED TO ACCEPT  1-2  APPLIANCES PER CITIZEN PER VISIT IF THEY PLACE INTO THE MARKET SIMILAR APPLIANCES.
The companies participating in WEEE CYPRUS LTD receive 1-2 devices per citizen per visit to their stores without necessarily buying something new from the same store and regardless of whether your old devices have been purchased by that particular store. The only requirement is for the store to market similar devices (for example, you cannot leave a TV in a store that has phones). Companies that are members and / or shareholders of WEEE CYPRUS LTD are marked with a special sticker at the entrance of their shops. (Link to member and shareholder lists)
